The property was in a very poor state of repair, showing signs of decoration neglect and structural defects. It had been split into three small self-contained flats.

The proposal involved returning it back to its original status as a single-family dwelling house and to refurbish the property and bring the decoration and services up to a modern standard with the latest technology.

We were involved in all RIBA work stages, from concept development to practical completion.
